Diet reviews: Easy peasy weight loss tips


They will work seriously. I'll be very mad if you will not try them.

THE BORING ONES

You've heard it all before but you're still not doing it:

You must drink 8 cups of  sort of rehydrating substance in  a day.

Anything without sweetener, or caffeine and or sugar,  . This basically leaves herbal tea and water. Don't like water? It's really not that hard. First step - grow up. Second step - squeeze lemon juice or add mint leaves and then play a game of ‘down-downs’.  Ask me - it makes it fun! Get a colleague to join you in the challenge.
